Each participant works closely with a dedicated case manager to create a tailored Independent Living Plan (ILP). These plans outline short- and long-term goals, covering areas such as housing, employment, education, and personal development.

Our program provides fully furnished, safe housing designed to encourage responsibility, independence, and a sense of belonging. Participants are guided in developing habits that promote long-term stability, such as financial planning and routine maintenance of their living spaces.
